INFORMATION ON SHIPPING COSTS
There are two shipping rates:
US & CANADA – FLAT RATE of $5.00
This is for the First Class USPS service including tracking, packaging, and handling
INTERNATIONAL – FLAT RATE of $15.00
This is for the First Class USPS service including tracking, packaging, and handling
- In certain circumstances, a partial refund of the $15 shipping cost will be refunded if the items ordered can be mailed in a smaller/lighter envelope that weighs less than the standard package used.
- A request to reduce the shipping cost must be received prior to the order being processed
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAX INFORMATION
All orders for printed products – palettes, color books, cards, and other palette accessories are shipped with a TOTAL VALUE of $10.00, regardless of the actual total order value. This is done to eliminate any potential Customs or Import Tax liabilities.
